Celestine’s goodreads

If Celestine was alive today I have a fair idea that she would love the Goodreads site, as browsing through her diaries I came across a list of her favourite books and authors.  Her son Paul told me that the librarian at the Guille-Alles library thought that she had read every book on the shelves, that’s how much of a prolific reader she was. She often used to read through the night up in her room at Les Prevosts, by the light of a candle.

What do you think this reading list reveals about her?
